Conferences are winding down for the year, but there is still a great deal of activity with film festivals and the premieres of several new films. Tricks and Treats in Media this week
This was a busy week with Halloween, the mid-term elections, Diwali all contributing important messages.
It was interesting trying to find good "get out and vote" videos without a particular agenda, or that apply on a national level. My personal experience with this election as I spent several days canvassing to get voters out, was very informative to observe people's reactions - from "go away I am not going to vote or even talk about it", to the excitement of a new citizen being able to exercise their right to vote for the first time and wanting to know everything…
