philip horváth has served as catalyst and consultant to social communities, lifestyle brands, media companies, Fortune 500 businesses, and next generation ventures. His clients have included NBC Universal, Liz Claiborne, ITT Tech, Experian, and many others large and small.
Working with innovation teams, philip saw the strategic challenges that arise when generating a disruptive idea, and when applying a disruptive technology, to create something radically new: to inspire a social movement, to build a community, to design a business, to develop an interactive product, or to stage an entertainment experience.
He saw when and why innovation teams fail: they focus on the mechanics of their work, not on the meaning it will create within people’s lives. philip began to help teams reconnect with the “meaning” of their innovations to the external world. For more than 20 years, philip has refined what it means to innovate. Combining transformational technologies like yoga and alchemy with 21st century information technology, he has helped teams pioneer the new fields of community innovation, media innovation, operating innovation, and experience innovation.
In 2010, philip co-founded INos to help Innovatives operate. Today, philip shares his philosophy, perspectives, techniques, and experience with community leaders, social entrepreneurs, media makers, and corporate catalysts—and he mentors other thought leaders, coaches, and consulting firms. philip helps teams elevate the social impact of new communities, new media, new businesses, and new customer experiences. All by helping people do what they do best… but with more meaning.
